    Order was never delivered. Multiple emails have not been responded to. Deliver the product that was placed over 6 weeks ago, or issue a refund.

    My order was placed in February 2025. I paid $50 for the product. Kalm Drops sells a product that is supposed to relax you without the use of alcohol. I never received the product. The business has not tried to resolve the problem. They only tell me that due to overwhelming response to their offer that shipping is delayed. I have emailed them 4 times requesting an order update. The last time on May 11th I was told the backlog would be cleared within 2 weeks. I still don't have the product. This was a ********/Reels advertisement that is STILL soliciting business in this time of "overwhelming response".

    Purchased Kalm drops Feb. 3rd 2025. I emailed them several times. I only got an initial response that is in the image I uploaded. There is no other source to find them. They are all over the internet. These are drops that are used in drinks instead of alcohol.

    I placed and order with this company on February 20th contacted them on the 27th they got back with me on the 28th. This is there response. We apologize for the inconvenience,Demand and order volume for the product is very high so we're having a hard time keeping up with the demand and shipping orders which is resulting in shipping delays,Your order #**** including Kalm Drops is being processed and you can expect its arrival in just a few days,Contacted them again on the 4th of march because it still hadnt shipped.They issued me a $10 refund on the 7th. Still havent shipped my order. Just want my order to arrive at my house
