    The nature of the dispute is I placed the order 7/8/25 I had reached out to the seller plenty of times via text message which is the number provided on sellers website +1 (567) 868-9064 after placing my order I money sent via Cashapp to the Cashapp the seller texted me to send the money for my order to with the cash tag being *********, I reached out after 7/8/25 to get updates on 7/16/25, 7/19/25, 7/28/25, 8/13/25 in between those dates I also commented on the sellers Facebook page asking “Hey can I get any updates on my order” a few times.
    The business never tried to resolve this as I reached out one final time being 8/13/25 demanding to just be refunded as it should not take over a month to give an address to pick up an order. (My original order was $55 I paid $10 for shipping making my total $65 I never got the option to do pickup or shipping on the website as shipping is the only option but after placing the order the business reached out letting me know I could pick up the order from Detroit Michigan which is not far from me so I said I will pick up the order) I never received an address to pickup the order, and once an address was finally sent via Email on 8/14/25 after asking for a refund on 8/13/25 I was sent to an abandoned house( 2023 ****** **

    The business said they will refund me which was 8/13/25 it is now 8/21/25 and I still haven’t received a refund, instead the “business” blocked me off Facebook and text messages.
    The business has a Facebook business account, instagram business account, TikTok business account and a website, I seen the ad on TikTok & instagram 6/27/25

    I purchased the product July 22nd,2024 it is now August 16th,2024 still no product.Reached out to her about the product and if I could pick it up from a location in ********. She gave no response. Until I asked for a refund and also told her I didnt want to dispute the charges. Just so it wouldnt make her business account look fraudulent. She catches an attitude with me told me do not come on her website no more and to stop texting her. Offered a refund but she still havent sent it. Also have not been responding to me about my refund. I spent 129 dollars with her that I would like back. She is very unprofessional and rude to the people who is supporting her.

    I placed an order on March 14, 2024. Waited the 3-10 business days. The business provided a tracking number but the package was never shipped out as of today’s date of 4/17/24. I’ve tried to contact the owner by phone, email & social media and was told on two separate occasions that my package will go out the next shipping day but my package was never sent out. Also the owner was active on social media stating that packages were going out but she vaguely and barely responded to any contact regarding my order. Also she changed her phone number, made a social media post regarding the change but is still ignoring all contact from me. I’ve already filed a dispute with my bank, I just want other consumers to approach her business with full caution because she STRONGLY lacks professionalism and customer service.

    I was fooled by the “ bbl pills” & have been supporting since 2020 . The pills have NO ingredients. I didn’t see anything as a red flag at first because I was gaining weight . But I noticed that my periods are always delayed & my stomach gets bigger than anything else. After consulting with some friends , they claimed that the pills could possibly be swelling my insides / I should see a doctor . My first concern would be that I wouldn’t know what to tell my doctor that I’m taking . The pills have made up names & no warning labels no ingredients in case you’re allergic or anything . The seller is incompetent, she doesn’t reply or care about your questions or concerns. She hosted a sale in November & didn’t have any products on hand until Jan ( that when I received my first package ) and then we had a huge argument about my second order that I never received. Good business owner make up for their wrongs . She could’ve offered me 10 percent off if she wanted but to say oh well when I didn’t say oh well for having to wait months in disrespectful to my time . I could’ve died in the 3 months the package was supposed to be arriving . Could’ve went into a life changing event anything that I wouldn’t even need the pills . Treat people better . Get help if needed . Consult a doctor but she definitely needs to do better !
