  I hired **** from ***************** to remove three trees and grind the stumps. He offered a significant new-customer discount of 25 percent, which sounded great at first, and he posts all over local social media groups. He was prompt with the quote and quick to start the job, which I appreciated.Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was frustrating. After taking down the trees, **** told me he did not want to rent a ***** grinder and planned to buy one instead. I paid him cash up front for the full job and was very patient when this delayed things for almost a month. When he finally did come back out with a rented grinder, the ***** grinding was done so poorly that now I have to pay other companies to fix it properly. Every reputable company that has come to quote the rework has been confused by how badly the stumps were handled. One area is still so visible that it has delayed finishing my driveway and growing new grass.When I shared my concerns, **** told me he would lose money if he came back and became defensive and unprofessional, saying he should never have quoted me the price he did, which is not my fault. He did come out a second time, but the issue is still there and you can see the tree roots as well as a ***** rotting out that is well above ground. In the end, the discount has cost me far more money, stress, and time than if I had hired someone else the first time. While a great price, I would not recommend them.

  I did everything I could to try to make you happy. I apologize you weren't happy with the job. with that being said if you weren't happy with the job you should not have paid me. You did not pay me cash and you did not pay me up . You gave me a check at the end and waited a whole year before you put up this review. anyway I apologize you weren't happy with the job I did everything you asked me to do. You are the only bad review I've had in the 3 years that my business has been going
