    ive lived at ********** for 15 years and I have never encountered such harassment, such sneakiness and just flat out a******* out to make money. Ive never had as much as a warning for as long as ive lived here and never been late on any pmt. Last year is when it started. The company does a yearly walkthrough to make sure all units yards are clean, buildings are up to par. They sent me a letter with a pic of my tree(only tree I have) they left no info on what they wanted me to do. I reached out and they wouldn't tell me. The issue was the leaves and branches were touching the brick wall behind the tree!!!!! they threatened to fine me for this, meanwhile my next door neighbors yard is an absolute mess and he wasn't even sent a letter, I also have pics to show. I did it and left it alone. So then I receive a $3,000 bill for a garage roof replacement. The letter didn't include pics, nothing telling me what was repaired, pics nothing! also they wanted it paid in 30 days. I then tried to claim it under my insurance and the **** for AMI told me and my adjuster they had no pics of the damage to provide, so my claim of course was denied. How do you just hand someone a bill with no proof, explanation, pics etc, nothing! I even said ok fine, I have asked this **** ******* ******* multiple times to put me on a pmt plan and he kept refusing, also he accused me of insurance fraud!!! this is an **** mind you, biggest jerk I've met so far. If any fraud was committed it was him and AMI including **** *****. I once again asked the **** to put me on a pmt plan and he said he would get back with me and never ****** yesterday 6/10/25 AMI decided toACH $3298.60 from my acct. My ********************** pmt comes out every 8th and it's $350.i didn't authorize this and I contacted my bank and stopped the pmt. this is illegal and I need this resolved asap because they will NEVER have access to my acc ever again in life.I will file multiple complaints against ******* and association.The $75 chg I wnt pay
