    The owner **** decides to blame everybody else for his problems and his refusing to refund money from parts. I didnt even pick up the parts, BBB review, filed and complaint filed as well go somewhere else.

    This complaint is in regards to an order placed via Advance Auto Parts website. The complainant stated that he placed an order and cancelled it yet his card was still charged. He provided his own version of proof that his card was charged by our store. These orders are charged by Advance Auto Parts, not Carquest of ******** It was evident this proof was falsified. The complainant was asking to be compensated in check or cash from us when we told him multiple times the transaction was not at the store level it was at a corporate level. We are an independent store and have nothing to do with the Advance Auto Parts website. It's evident that he believed he could bully us into giving him money for this part by filing a BBB review, threatening legal action and leaving negative reviews about our stores on ******** and ******* We suggested after spending countless hours on the phone on his behalf with the Advance corporate team that he simply reach out to his bank and say he did not authorize the transaction and get it refunded that way. He refused and used excuses about not wanting his card to be closed for 7 days. He had every excuse in the book and thought we would just give in. Sorry, he couldn't give us the information we needed to help, we did all we could with corporate and the more and more it felt like a scam we stopped communicating with him. He can leave all the negative reviews and file all the complaints he wants but we will not be giving him cash or a check back for a purchase that was not made through us.
