I rarely write a negative review but the Inn at Harbor Shores management is particularly cunning and unresponsive. We canceled 4 rooms well before check-in and management still felt compelled to charge us over $1300. While most hotels have reasonable 24 or 48 hour cancellation policies the Inn at Harbor Shores has a 72 hour policy that they do not publicize. It is also interesting that they do not send an email reminder until after the cancellation penalty is effective. Since we ultimately needed one room for one night I was told that Elizabeth H***** (Director of Sales) would be emailing Brady C**** (General Manager) to facilitate the potential credit. However, that never happened and Brady C**** hides somewhere and does not respond to multiple emails and voice messages.
I like to write positive reviews but cannot for Inn at Harbor Shores.
