    I prepaid for parking at Qwik Park from February 17 - February 21, 2025. Due to an extension of my trip, I retrieved my vehicle on February 24 and owed an additional $42which I was told via email could be paid upon exit.However, when I attempted to pay at the exit kiosk, the system rejected my barcode with an "expired voucher" error and provided no way to pay the outstanding balance. I was then forced into a 30-minute ordeal due to the incompetence of their payment system and staff.Issues Experienced:Broken Payment System The kiosk did not allow me to pay my remaining balance despite Qwik Park previously confirming this would be possible.Failure to Issue a Ticket Upon Entry When I first entered, I scanned my barcode, the gate opened, and I proceeded in. At no point did the system force or require me to take a physical ticket.Accusations of Dishonesty Upon attempting to exit, I was told it was impossible for me to enter without receiving a ticket, and staff implied that I was lying instead of acknowledging the systems failure.Unprofessional and Dismissive Staff Instead of resolving the situation efficiently, the employee handling my issue was rude, condescending, and dismissive. I was not treated as a paying customer but as an inconvenience.Unreasonable Delays That Cost Me Money What should have been a simple payment process took 30 minutes of my time. I am a business professional and my time is valuable. Based on my earnings, Qwik Parks failure cost me over $50 in wasted time and made me late for an important obligation, on top of the $42 charge.Desired Resolution:I am requesting:? A formal acknowledgment from Qwik Parks management regarding this incident.? An explanation of how they plan to prevent this from happening to other customers.

    ON 11/20/24 @4:06pm I entered Qwik Park to park overnight there is a sign that states $14.00 daily rate. Upon returning on 11/21 @ approximately 9:45a.m. I was told that my total amount due was $28.00. I informed her that I had just parked the previous afternoon she then states that after midnight is considered one day. I tell her one day is a 24 hour period and request a supervisor. Supervisor then comes and proceeds to tell me that the policy was just recently changed. I asked her where is it posted that there is new pricing, and she said there was none. I informed her that i was not expecting to be charged almost $30 for parking for ************************************************************************* maybe I can call someone to come up there to give me the rest that I am short. For me this was totally unacceptable and gross negligence on their part to not have this policy posted upon entry. Eventually she did credit me with one day after me backing back and calling the (888 number) to try and reach corporate only for her to answer. If this is an acceptable policy I feel like it should be noted upon entry.

We have a new computer system at Qwik Park and the calculations for the daily rate were briefly changed to dates parked, we have since been able to change the calculations back to 24 hour time periods ( no proration after the first day) for drive up rates.
