We will offer a prompt and hassle free return authorization if you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice and a copy of the invoice must accompany the return request. Product must only be returned after prior approval and issuance of an RGA has been obtained. To return products, please contact us for a Return Goods Authorization. Product returned due to ordering errors, or product no longer wanted by the customer, is subject to a 15% restocking charge. Most factories require any product that you determine to be defective and/or a premature end of life issue to be tested to determine the potential reason for the issue. Do not dispose of any item that meets either of these two criteria. Failure to return the item for testing may void any potential return goods authorization, refund or warranty replacement. All return shipping fees are your responsibility.
