I purchased 2 gold benefit packages from Plarium's Lost Island game, $19.99 and $6.99. When I saw my bank transactions, I realized Plarium has an issue with its system. It added 2 $19.99 and 1 $6.99 purchases I did not make. ***** said Plarium must make the reimbursement for its system for stealing my money, and Plarium stated ***** caused it by grouping purchases. Both are in error. I only bought the 2 stated above.Initial Complaint

I downloaded their game Raid: Shadow legends on 12/26/23 using a link provided from a RevenueUniverse offer wall for a promotion that would credit a significant amount of game currency when completed. I spent $105 on in game purchases to achieve the requirements of the promotion in the timeframe given, and met all requirements. Upon completion, Revenue Universe reported that Plarium states that I was referred by a different affiliate named Smadex and am not able to be credited. After reaching out to Plarium support and providing a significant amount of evidence I was indeed referred by Revenue Universe they refused to make any effort to resolve this issue. They also were unable to provide any information of when or how I was referred by this other affiliate.I was misled into making these in-game purchases under the promise of being credited by Revenue Universe if I met all the requirements of the promotion. I would not have made these purchases if I did not believe I would be credited. I would consider this resolved if fully refunded for the purchases made while accomplishing the requirements. On 11/25/24 I installed Raid Shadow Legends onto my iphone via a Mypoints Revenue Universe offer (for ***** mypoints for installing and opening 2 sacred shards). Install and purchases were made under my accounts (under **************** email address, please strike this from any public submission of this complaint). I made sure to select allow on all notifications that initially popped up. The offer was open 2 sacred shards and you receive ***** mypoints (which is worth roughly $144. Upon reaching Level 10, I was offered in-game purchase packs. The first was order#MVS03V01NW for $14.99 (confirmation email 11/25/23 2:28pm pacific). The second was order#MVS03V1B19 for $14.99 (confirmation email at 11/25/24 at 2:32pm pacific). I collected and summoned these 2 sacred shards. No points were received. I then checked my settings on my iphone. I was worried that maybe my settings had strong privacy settings that weren't allowing transmission to Revenue Universe that I completed the offer. I loosened the settings and went back in the game app. I received another notification to allow tracking/notifications in the app and clicked allow. I played the game some more hoping the Mypoints would be credited but they did not. I then purchased another 2 in-game purchases for $14.99 each. Order#MVS03V1K3T (confirmation email 2:32pm pacific) and Order#MVS03V001H (confirmation email 239pm pacific). I collected and summoned these 2 sacred shards. No points were received. I then contacted Revenue Universe and submitted a ticket. Unfortunately, their ticket submission form only allows one file to be attached to I could only attach one of the purchase orders I made in the game. However, I provided the order#s for the other 3 purchases. Revenue Universe denied the ticket saying I didn't open 2 sacred (gold) shards which is incorrect. I actually opened 4 sacred (gold) shards. Revenue Universe says PIarium Games could not confirm that I opened 2 sacred shards which is false since I opened 4 sacred shards (twice what the offer calls for). I have the emails from apple for the in-game app purchases. I am submitting these in this complaint. Everyone should beware of this offer, esp. if trying it on an iOS device. It does not track and Revenue Universe/Plarium fail to honor the offer even when proof is submitted. At the very least, I would like all of my in-game purchases to be refunded since Plarium and Revenue Universe failed to hold up their end of the bargain for the offer.Initial Complaint

Purchased a $9.99 pack from their app in game on 8/1/2023 and Plarium charged $99.99. I have a receipt for $10.71, to include tax, but instead they overdrafted my account. They refused to fix it and instead insisted on us charging back through the bank. Missing essentially $100 dollars for the 10 or so business days they've tied up funds is ridiculous. I was led to believe that in purchasing particular sacred shards in the game raid shadow legends that I would have an opportunity to pull a legendary champion and receive a second one as part of a short time promotion. I spent $100 and did not receive 1 of these champions. I believe this is fraudulent as they are making money and not giving the player anything of value. They target offers to make you think that you will get ahead if you spend money and you end up with little to no value for what you spend.Initial Complaint

Hi I play a game called RAID: SHADOW LEGENDS on ****** play and my compliant is this: everyday since end of Jan I've been playing RAID off and on all day on my phone and this is the sort of game that offers players high value packages and special progress packs that you can purchase. Well I've spent a few hundred dollars on this game since Jan, 2023 and yesterday I had my phone in my pocket for 5 minutes, at the same time they updated they're game and it bugged/glitched me out of about $100 worth of my stuff, just missing now and I haven't had any alerts or my email being breached and I'm making this complaint because I absolutely know without a shred of doubt that some of my high value stuff is gone now after a summoning boost update. I lost 2 sacred shards, 1 void shard, 1 ancient shard, **** gems and when I emailed them they emailed me back right away saying they sent my email to a 'second-hand line' they haven't emailed m back yet and I've emailed them again. Same thing. I spend a lot of money on this game and I think they just scammed me and won't help me get my stuff back. Plus they're main business in a warzone (******* *******) I think they took my stuff so I would have to buy more or they're game has bugs and also other players have told me that the same thing has happened to themInitial Complaint

I started playing the game Raid shadow legends and loved it the heros and gameplay are great and dev team is solid it is honestly the first mobile game I have spent money on in a while. So I invited my kids to play.....and this is where it all went downhill. My oldest son started playing it and had a great experience, then his sister saw ultimate deathknight and wanted to play, I sent her a referral and boom ticket ******* we showed that the site still had the ultimate deathknight seven day event but she didnt get it, Plarium's response? Our fault we waited too long....ok we accepted the dissappointement and moved on. then my youngest wanted to play so again I sent a referrel link, his phone has child restrictions so I had to approve the link in his browser then approve the install, he joined the game and........no referal seen by the system so ticket ******* referral doesnt work when child locks are on the phone, plariums response? Our fault we didn't use the link (we did I saw it with my own eyes lol) at this point I am irate. I spend money on your game I like your game but your customer service team does not care about people unless they are youtubers dropping hundreds and hundreds of dollars and you make sure people know it by customer blaming constantly. There are forum threads dedicated to your practice of taking money and blaming the customer when it goes south. Your support team needs training, needs accountability, and finally needs to care about the experience you provide. I work in support I do it everyday and one thing is clear with your model........deny at all costs unless its widespread or outed by a streamer or youtuber.
