    Paid $608 for an order of 16 hoodies on October 14, 2024 and never received the order. The business own ****** also wouldn't respond to any messages after asking for a refund. She was very selective with responses even before that coming up with excuses as to why our hoodies weren't ready when they should have been.

    I first contacted Mammoth Graphics Detroit about doing a helmet wrap for my son on May 12, 2024. We went back and forth on design options via email and finally agreed to one. I was told several times that the process would take 3 days from the time I dropped it off. I dropped the helmet off on July 16th after a phone call with ****** where she assured me I would have it back before August 1 when my son needed it for camp. She again told me it usually took three days. I checked on the progress on 7/22 because I was going to be in the area, I never heard back. On 7/24 ****** emailed me and said it would be ready on Thursday, 7/25 and she would contact me when it was done. On Monday, 7/29 after still not hearing from them I emailed again. ***** called me to tell me they had to reprint a section to get the proper sizing but that it would be done on Aug 1. By 2 pm. At 7:30pm ***** called me to say it was done. I picked it up at 9:30am August 2. The helmet wrap was terrible, clearly rushed and not at all like the design I approved. My son was devastated when he took the helmet out of the bag. I reached out to ***** and he refused a refund. I even offered to only be refunded $175 of the $250, paying for design portion but not the wrap. ***** refused, saying my only option was to bring the helmet back to him for him to redo it. I told him if he didnt issue the refund ** post his horrible work on ******** and leave a bad review. He then attacked my character over text message and threatened to post fraudulent and libelous comments about my small business, which hes never used. Nowhere does it say that there are no refunds, nor did they ever mention that.
