    Zero stars. On 6/16/25, I signed over check for $427.75 (1/2 down) to a ******* at Tier 4 for a new computer. On 7/15/25 I canceled my order and asked for a refund, after being told several times different reasons why the delay. Either the wrong one came, she had it and was setting it up, or she had it was was coming to my house and install it. In fact on 6/16 , before I asked for a refund, I asked did she have my computer and she said she was working on it reordering right now. None of that was true. She told me I would get my refund later that day or the next. I said OK and asked to speak to the manager (***** ?), and was told I have to get a hold of him online as she won't give out his phone number. Could not find a way to get a hold of him. It's now 7/25/25 and nothing has happened. This is by far the worst company I've ever had to deal with and warn others to stay away.
