    I attempted to purchase tickets twice using two different cards on June 24. Both transactions were denied using a 592 codes stating it was a security issue. I contacted ******** adventures an employee gave me a number to call based out in *******. Ive reached out to this company four times Saturday Sunday Monday and now today Tuesday. Each time I get a ticket number and told him manager will reach back out to me. I was also charged $54 and Im waiting for that refund from ******** adventures. But furthermore Im extremely upset that nobody will fix the technical issue that will allow me to purchase tickets to access their parks. The excuses its managed by a third-party vendor however they should be doing more to reach out and solve their customers issues. I was told by the employee I was not the only person that had called that day experiencing the same issues so how many people are forced to pay money that cost more at the gate. Are they doing this on purpose to s**** people over so you have to pay more for tickets at the gate? I was told my address could not match on file so thats why its flagging as a security absolutely false. More than one person called the same day June 24 that I did to report that issue. my resolution is ******** adventures needs to contact the company and get the technical issue cleared up. Numerous customers are having this issue and they wont take care of it so people can buy their tickets at the gate theyre forcing customers to pay more money to enter their parks and buy them on site. A lawsuit should be filed against them for not taking charge of handling their own business because they say its a third-party vendor who manages their website that they are selling tickets to access their park on. Never have I experienced such a low terrible terrible customer service. Oh hey they manage to charge my card and have to wait to refund the money back to. Fix the technical issue I want to purchase my tickets online.

    Dear Camille and michigans adventure,
    I am absolutely disgusted in the place, and the customer service. It has been about 12 years since I have been here and I can say that it nothing like it used to be. On top of that Camille is the rudest most inconsiderate manager I have ever experienced an issue with. I have been in customer service many years and not one to complain but she out did it for ****** managers. Not only was the pool nasty dirty and over packed the lines and water park was over the capacity limit. The wave pool was the only pool open over capacity, about 45 minutes to close they open another one, when they should have done it hours sooner when they seen how busy it got. My kids waiting in line for the tunnel of fear took over an hour and people kept cutting, as they were waiting in line up the stairs the park closed and I had to wait for them waiting more time that was left to ride rides with only and hour left. Finally we left with only 30 mins left to get over to the rides on the far side of the park, as we were walking up to get on one a lady closed it and said to go to the one over there then laughed and said nevermind that's closing too and it was only 650 when the park closes at 7. We first.got there my kids rode maybe 3 rides in the camp snoopy that took forever thats when we experienced the horrible water park. I'm just so disappointed in the amount of things closed down, the disgusting pool area and the fact they wouldn't even consider half the refund or even a refund on the stupid souvenir cups. I will never go back. She offered front of the line tickets why would I want that if I'm not coming back. Maybe you should considered your capacity level and cut it down since obviously you can't keep staff. I can go on about things but all I know is if my kids get a skin rash or an infection I will be suing for medical bills. Plus the 8 dollar pizza was old and nasty. Get it togther because you should be ashamed. Camille all I know is one crooked lady I even had her workers comment to me how it has changed since her dad had owned it. I will be sharing my experiences and I won't stop until I get a refund for the ******** I experienced today.
