    Bought a car, owe $9000 on a 2003 ***** accord that the engine blew on after putting $5000 of work into it. They ruined the car before they gave it to us. Theres no way it passed inspection after the tie rod busting on the highway.

    These individuals don't value customer service. They are predatory in nature then careless. They ran my information which impacted my credit and never contacted me again. My lowest score 689 and I make 60k a year. As a black disabled woman, I am appalled and deeply offended.

    The limited amount of information about whom this review is directed at makes responding to it difficult. The zip code ***** is the only clue and it is in ***********. Carite has no corporate owned dealers in **. The nature of the actual grievance is also not clear and therefore more details are needed to respond properly.

    Out here in ******* my parents where scammed as well with a perfect looking car 2016 maxima SR ****** butter interior super clean and yes it has been reliable no big problems but it is a lemon. It was also messed with like some people state took it to autozone and turns out I have over 160k miles. **** we bought it for 19k at supposedly under 50k miles. *** to mention that for some reason they repainted it from white to blue. I did my own research and it was crashed and bought from an auction not to mention the car has records being sold at 18k with 68k miles this some BS

    Rip off artists! I bought a car less than a year ago and within the 1st month the car broke down on me. Sent it the mechanic the company said to and ended up spending$4,200 on a rental while I waited for the horrible warranty company decided what to cover. Which I purchased through them when I bought the car. The branch then closed so my only option is to contact headquarters. Currently being ghosted. I now have a broken down car that I owe thousands on. Worst experience and worst company I have ever dealt with. Amazingly horrible.

    My daughter purchased a car from CARite on ********* in ******, in October of 2023. Three weeks later the check engine light came on and the brakes were squeaking. Long story short the car now has a new transmission, new rotors and a battery. We had to take the car to a **** dealership to have all this done.I would never purchase a vehicles or recommend CARite to anyone. The CARite we purchased from was a franchise that is no longer operating, so the main branch says they have no responsibility.

    Do NOT buy a car from this dealer. They are complete scam artists and will sell you a lemon. They set up shop and then close down so you have no recourse. They also choose states with no lemon laws so you are unprotected. Will change mileage, reset engine lights, manipulate readings to pass inspection and then u get a car that has multiple problems and no way to get help.

    Carite has done 7 credit inquiries without my permission and also took trade in of original car purchased and not paid off loan.

    This company sold me a car that stated it was inspected and past inspection. I took it to my mechanic within 3 weeks to check out. Both front CV joints were near failing. The boots were ripped and spilling grease everywhere.This company falsified answers on a vehicle inspection. This s a dishonest company.

    This company had a branch in Memphis, and they knew the car had engine issues and they sold the car to me. *************************** is so shady and no he would not help other races because he is looking to mess over only the minority. He sold me a 2018 rogue Sport with a faulty engine and the warranty is no good. They always find a way to place the blame on the customer. I hate the day, I trusted the dealership and the salesman.
