On May 23, 2024, I secured precision wildlife removal to remove bats from my attic located at ******************************** an estimate of $3126.33 was written. The estimate number was 6810. It is also annotated that cleanup is an additional cost. I was quoted a figure of $449 for the cleanup service. payment for services is to be completed online. On May 23, 2024 At 11:19 PM I made an initial payment of $1563.16. As the transaction was processing, I noticed the option to get a prepaid discount. The prepaid discount was $389. So now I paid an Additional$2737.33at 11:21 PM on the same date.. I attempted to cancel the first payment but was unsuccessful. I made the company aware immediately that I had double paid for their service. They confirmed they could see the two payments and agreed that they owed me a refund. Since the cleanup cost $449, I subtracted that from the initial payment of $1563.16 leaving a balance due to me of $1114.16. I have called the company repeatedly with no resolution. The gentleman who provided the service was ******. The phone number I listed is his phone number. I also spoke repeatedly to a gentleman named *** at ************. When I call that number now it disconnects immediately. I left a message for ****** today, February 11 ************************** and resolve this issue. I feel Ive waited long enough for my money consequently, I am filing this claim.
