Very upset. My husband I. Hospital were both in our 80s. Valet at Beaumont was only $4.00 or $5.00 . I valeted the first day Imagine my shock when I picked up my car and the charge was $10.00. I struggled and walked the rest of the 8 days he was in hospital. Why are you charging exorbitant fees. Have to get in on the 50% inflation . This is a hospital not a grocery store.

Thank you for your feedback *******************. We completely understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience. Our company is a sub-contractor to the Hospital and we do not set the price for parking nor do we retain the money. Please know there is free parking on campus as well as close handicap parking. Please feel free to call the hospital ahead of your visit and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
