    Services began on January 23rd and ended on May 28th after receiving a release of care (by complete surprise) at 7:30pm.There has been more issues then there are enough characters remaining to type everything.I feel there were many unethical decisions that took place and am extremely disappointed and disgusted with this business. The ** spoke to me very disrespectfully after I had tried asking him some questions regarding my three year old daughters care. She was dealing with a UTI brought on by the supplements and protocols he put us on. I tried asking him three different times for assistance with her UTI and testing to see if it was gone and he avoided my question every time and ended up yelling at me for it.He refused to let us see her testing results throughout the time we were with him when that shouldve been our property as we were paying for it and had my daughters information on it.What was the most upsetting was after I left a review of our experience there he replied back using my minor toddler daughters name which is illegal to do for a minor let alone a patient when that should have been confidential.Please read the provided screenshots of our conversation to see exactly what was said and the history of the conversation that took place.This practice needs to be looked into and investigated.
