    Ive contracted 1 call Property Services for a bathroom remodel that included installation of a tub with surround, new toilet over new floors and floating vanity + paint job and trim in the said bathroom. Removal was provided by the company as well. Minus small inconveniences like contractor taking twice as long and promising 2 workers with one doing most of the work, being late every morning all those things were tolerable ;generally we were satisfied with the finished result. However a week after the installation the caulk around the tub cracked. I reached out to ***** ******* the owner sharing the photos. I asked him to have it fixed by replacing with silicone caulk as was originally requested. I let him know that with holidays coming up (this was around Christmas) I didnt expect same day fix but would have appreciated a timely resolution. He did aknowledge my text message and followed up with the type of caulk that was used. However that was the last contact. I reached out 3-4 more times via text and left him a voice mail so total of 5 contacts. No reply no resolution. In my last communication I asked him to take care of it by a certain date (that had passed by now) or refund me $300 as a compensation. No reply. At this point I hope you can assist me with a resolution. I do not want ***** or his employee in my house, so no repair is needed from them , but I do want to be compensated for the poor craftsmanship. They also did not properly cover and protect the area which caused a failure in our furnace due to dry wall dust in the air ducts, which makes me question their over all commitment to quality work and the craftsmanship that they provide. Please assist if you are able to. Respectfully, Mrs. ******
