    I placed 2 previous orders with Jagerwerks (***** and *****) during Black Friday sales that were advertised to never expire. In August 2024 I placed a third order (*****) with detailed notes incorporating the previous 2 orders and sent my Glock 17 slide to Jagerwerks, along with printed copies of the previous order confirmations and written notes. In August and September 2024 I was contacted my **** ******* of Jagerwerks regarding some questions on the work effort, including an exchange in September 2024 where he informed me that the company policy regarding previous orders had changed. We agreed in writing that in exchange for a remaining optic coating I had paid for on Order *****, that Jagerwerks would instead add 2 sets of screws for the Holosun optic that I noted I wanted the Glock slide milled for. I received the completed slide from Jagerwerks in October 2024 but was unable to open the package and review the work until November 29, 2024. When I opened the package I found that the slide was milled for the incorrect optic and I did not receive the additional s**** sets that were agreed to (they wouldn't have worked anyways). I promptly emailed Jagerwerks and received a response on December 3, 2024 stating that while the order notes called out for Jagerwerks to mill the slide for the 507comp optic, since the previous orders were not updated it was not their fault that the slide was milled incorrectly. I did not receive any subsequent responses from Jagerwerks after sending multiple emails and requesting a refund through their website. Not only did they fail to read the order notes and delivered a product that was unusable to me, they have effectively stolen from me as they did not send product that was agreed to and cancelled the original order.

    The owner of JagerWerks reached out to me on 3/13 and has issued a refund for 2 of the 3 affected orders.  I am waiting to hear back on the 3rd order as that refund may have been held up due to technical issues.  At this point I am satisfied that JagerWerks has refunded the order price (my desired outcome) and wish to close out the Complaint.

    Order *****# Sent in my Slide back in October via **** paid out of pocket for shipping. Followed up with ********* in December they told me my slide had shipped December 14th however no tracking number could be provided. They said a prepaid label was attached to my order but no label was provided. Since January 3rd business has failed to response or take accountable for what happened to my property and what a peaceful resolution should be

    We have been in constant contact with **** and he has already received a full refund for both of his orders from paypal. **** sent a return label with his products (common thing) we did our work on it, sent it back with his label and it is now lost in the mail system. Since we did not create the label we cannot track it or check the status of it. I can send you the pages and pages of emails we have with him, but he has received a full refund via paypal so please consider this issue closed.
