    We were expecting a package to be delivered on 12/11/2024. The driver stopped in front of our house & sat there for 2 minutes, never getting out of the vehicle. He then drove away & put into his computer that he was unable to deliver the package, that we would need to pick it up at a *** access point location. My husband was home at the time & watched the driver deliver to the neighbors, before he stopped at our house & just sat there. I called the customer service line & was told that it would be redirected to the original address (our house) the next day. It was not. I received a message that it was left at the access point. I called the access point, which is the local *** store & they did not have it. I called customer service back & was told the same thing, basically given the run around. I was finally able to get the local terminal number & called them on 12/12/2024. I was put on hold while they located the package. It was in a delivery vehicle, but not the one that delivers to my address. I was told that it would be delivered the next day, 12/13/2024. It was not delivered & still has not been delivered. I'm still waiting for my package that should have been delivered on 12/11/2024.

    Letter of complaint was received by mail on 01/02/2025.  Driver stopped at house to make delivery on 12/11 and left without delivering after not finding the package on the car.  The package was then rerouted to the nearest *** Access Point for easier access to customer.  Customer requested package be rerouted back to original home address however that change could not be made while package was in transit to the *** Access Point.  Package was delivered to *** Access Point on 12/12.  On 12/13 *** driver retrieved package from *** Access Point and returned it to the facility to get re-processed for final delivery to the home the next morning.  12/14 Package was placed on car to get delivered on next delivery day for this address which was Monday 12/16.  There was an issue in the *** system that caused package to be once again delivered to the *** Access Point.  Once we saw this occur we dispatched a driver to the Access Point directly to retrieve and reattempt the package.  Package was delivered to final address on 12/16/24 and was confirmed by ******** & **********
