    I have been a customer for YEARS at two different locations, I pre-paid $667.34 in advance on 2/19/25.I did not receive my first treatment until April. The whole month of May went by without service. I then called the local office and requested a refund (as all of my neighbors by this time had received (3) treatments - early fertilizer and crabgrass control, spring weed control and early summer fertilizer). It was explained to me that my request would need to be forwarded on to the Michigan office.I received a phone call from ***** *****, VP of Marketing on Friday, June 6 asking me to reconsider, that he promised to get someone out to my property and he would "throw in" two additional treatments at no charge. I explained to him that I had pulled (7) ******* bags full of dandelions. The front of my house where sod was laid looked awful. Someone showed up on Monday, June 9.Noone has been to my property in July and now ****** is almost over.I WANT THE REMAINING BALANCE ($433); (2) treatments @ $117.00 each less $667.34) CREDITED TO MY CHARGE CARD ASAP.I tried texting Mr. ***** on 8/1/25 to the phone number he provided to me but got no response. I have this text saved. I also wrote another email on 8/9/25 requesting this. The email is saved. I finally received a reply from Mr. ***** telling me that the amount of the remaining balance would be refunded to my credit card. It has not been done yet. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this charge. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY; THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THEY ADVERTISE.
