    Garbage i am ashamed to even give them 1 star. They deserve nothing. Please for love of everything do NOT take your children to get tested or anyone for that matter. It's a gimmick they will take your money and fail your person with some ******** excuses. I have filed a formal complaint with the state of Michigan. The old woman l**ra shouldn't even be driving or doing anything she's rude to begin with and lied. I have a professional cdl and was in the vehicle. He was told he ran 4 stop signs didnt stop at lights and ran a red light which was all lies mind you im in the back of the vehicle. They failed a girl right before who was driving a Tesla. The car drives itself ***. This company is just taking people's money. Shame on you for making young drivers feel so low about themselves you can f*** off!! Have fun because im coming with the state is ********!

    My examiners are trained by the State. They are also watched covertly and in person by state analyst to make sure they are doing their job correctly.
    I take pride in my examiners conducting themselves in a professional matter. Unfortunately, not everyone passes their driving test. We want safe drivers on the road. I did try to reason with Miss ****. I like happy customers at our company. I will discount the test. I will come in and do the test myself if someone would have a problem with one of my examiners there was no reasoning with Miss ****, she used foul language during our conversation And conducted herself in an unprofessional manner..

    Terrible Experience - No communication, Wasted the morning. Arrived early as instructed, but did not know where to go in the large bowling alley parking area (two entrances off W Michigan Ave). Entered from the west and parked in front of bowling alley (arrived 15 minutes early). Waited until start time, still no signs or staff (although moderate traffic through the bowling alley where we parked). Called and left message at appointment start time. Waited until 15 minutes after start time, called again and left second message, still no staff or return phone call. Then drove around the backside bowling alley, to find on east side of parking lot an A&A trailer and cones in the southeast corner of lot (at least 200 yards from where we had parked originally, and not seen from the bowling alley traffic/parking). Called a third time and left message. At 30 minutes past the official start time, a car and instructor arrived. Instructor is not the business owner, and does not have connection to the phone number on the business website. Instructor said we were not in the correct location and had missed our 10-minute window. Instructor had other spots scheduled throughout the day and no space to fit us in, as we had "missed" our scheduled space (arriving 15 minutes early...). Meanwhile my daughter who has been waiting now in the parking lot for 45 minutes is in tears as we've scheduled this 2-months in advance. Now 2-hours after the appointment, back home, and owner still hasn't returned my 3 phone calls. Horrible customer service. Recommend to any potential customers: go to the southeast corner of the bowling alley parking lot, behind the Little Caesars restaurant. Recommend to business owner: Answer your phone. Post and communicate directions/location to where you expect people to arrive. Give your instructor the phone number of your students, so instructor could call them in case they are not in the expected location
