    This hotel is one that needs to be gutted. The Hotel smells so bad of mold and mildew My wife and I spent 10 min in the room and asked to check out. My wife had an instant migrain upon entering the room. Of course we where told we could not have are charges reversed. We contacted ************** customer care where we filed a complaint. We originally booked this hotel for two nights. Eventually i got the charge reduced to one night. We had to find other accommodation's in Holland. Wyndham customer care is useless in customer disputes as they are independently owned hotels. And the management has never contacted me, per direction from Wyndham. Know I'm going through my credit card hoping to get my charges reversed.Hotels need to have more frequent inspections, from the state and corporations whose name is on the building. What ever happened to customer satisfaction being a goal.

    Hello, we disagree with the statements made in this, as this was not the reasons you gave initially when speaking with management. You had checked into the hotel on 7/5/22. It was a humid day and the ** had not been running initially so anytime you turn it on there can be a smell admitted from it. We offered to change your room, but you went into the next one and you stated the perfume and cleaning product smell was too strong and your wife got an instant migraine from it and you couldn't stay here. From your very own statement, it was a perfume and cleaning smell that gave your wife a migraine. The room was thoroughly checked and no mold or mildew smell had been noticed before or after by staff, and we have not had any further issues with guests. You were billed for your first night, as per the paperwork you signed and our cancellation policy that no modifications or cancellations after the 24-hour cancellation period elapsed could be made. You filed a customer care case with Wyndham and they closed your case. You were refunded for your second night. We have routine inspections, and your statements are untrue.
