Can I give no stars? Run the other direction!! They have some very nice and very talented staff. BUT watch out, they feel they are doing you a favor by you coming there and they also hard sell services you may not even need. Certain staff are VERY rude and the office manager has an attitude of "we don't need your business". Too bad for them they don't remember who's been coming there for 15 plus years and helped them build a business. Great hygienist and even dentists, but the staff are getting in the way of pleasing people. I can understand they don't like when you miss an appointment, and I have missed more than one. BUT what they count as one of them was when I was running late racing in around the construction from ********* and called them to make sure we were still good, they said sure thing come in. When I walked in 7 minutes late the hygienist was visibly mad and even made a comment as I apologized lecturing me about keeping appointments, this made me uncomfortable to have her hands in my mouth so I left, I guess hat was a no show. Should have left then. Surely they have made A LOT of money from me in comparison to missing an appointment. I have gone there for over 15 years and now they don't want my business anymore, see ya! All they had to do was apologize for being such a rude team, guess they are above that. Interesting what has happened to "people skills" these days, WOW.
