After several times having to call 3 weeks now in a row because they didn’t pick up my trash, there gimmick now is to lie and say my trash wasn’t curbside. I moved 2 years ago and had no problem at my old house and have been a loyal customer’. But since spring more than half the time my trash hasn’t been picked up. I’m a senior ,don’t accumulate at lot of trash so use bags and not 1 every week but this is a service. The female employees are most rude, the rudeness I’ve never dealt with in my life. So I thought I would write a letter to the owner at his home address because the way his employees were treating me I felt my letter would end up unread by him. So I get a call from one of his lady employees balling me out for mailing a letter to his house. She was actually shouting at me! I explained why. And told her that all I wanted was for my trash to get picked up. Today I called again because my trash wasn’t picked up and she said the driver said he was out there and there wasn’t any trash by my curb. That was an out by lie because I put it out there at 6:58. I set a timer to do so. I don’t know if she was lying or the driver was. It really doesn’t matter. The trust is gone. I told her if. It’s not picked up today it looks like I’ll have to write the owner again at his house. I only said it because she was acting like everything was my fault and said it in a kidding way. She said I better not because he will call a lawyer and sue me. I said this is the end with you. And she said that sounds like a threat. I said not at all I meant the end of the phone call.. Then she hung up on me. And guess who showed up at the door…an officer from the sheriffs department. I told him a summary as to what has been going on. Obviously I am changing companies. I do like to support locals but in this case I’ll have to pas on that
