    I rented a car via **** @ the *****************. My reservation was from MQT - ORD, when I picked up my car late at night, the person behind the counter gave me and another customer the wrong information of cars, she switched it. We both came back in realizing what had happened, we had to give them our information all over again, finally got out and got on my way. When I returned the car in ******* the agent said it was a $3,000 charge and removed it and thought it was real bizarre. A few weeks later I saw a charge on my credit card for $3,000 from ****. When I called the branch it took the manager over 6 days to call me back as I left a message with there customer service agent. When I got the call back, the manager of the branch was so rude that I felt as though I have never experienced anything like how she treated me. She told me I was wrong, and how dare I yell at her, and that the agent who checked me out explained the "drop fee" and that was not true at all, and then proceeded to hang up on me. I tried multiple times to figure out the territory managers contact information, but no luck. I finally reached out on Instagram and got a reply. When I finally gave them enough information, I then received an email from the branch about the situation. In the email was a signature of the office manager from ****** MN. When I called her and explained who I was this is how the conversation went, I do not have time to speak with you, it will be weeks, and hung up the phone on me.
