    On May 28, 2024, the above tow company was assigned to my claim. I waited five hours for a tow. They have sent me several ETA's. 60 - 90 minutes. I called after ninety minutes. I was given 75 minutes, and when I called again they gave me additional 60 minutes. I called again and the manager explained that they did not have the equipment to do the tow. After all of these different ETA's, they were not able to tow the vehicle. I lost five hours of work and pay. As a person who has been in customer service after the first ETA. They should have notified the insurance company and myself that they were not able to meet the claim

    Do we have them pick up our Silverado two times and they have excellent customer service. They are prompt and very helpful.
