management here has had multiple accusations of going after other people for lawn care while not others the people in the office specifical post notices to mow on our door but not either of our neighbors whose grass was longer then mine one of which neighbors does not own a mower and only gets it mowed by the park but still receives less then half as many notices as us. I received a notice to mow by the 9th so i did it on the 7th then received the next notice on the 11 th while i was outside i watched them only give me one not either neighbor on either side who both had not mowed as recently as me and both had longer grass i told the worker to please not come on to my rental property to give me that notice, told them to leave they told me i had to take it and refused to leave (their rules state that if a lawn is to long a notice shall be issued but doesn't state how) they entered my yard in the form of trespassing under mi common law i have the right to quit enjoyment of the land i rent from them ... After they left i weed whacked everything over 2in the very next day i weed whacked the entire yard again then on the 14th the day before the date on the notice i went through and weedwhacked the entire yard a third time but assistant community manager ******************************* told them to come mow and weed whack my yard on the 15th The video showing them do it shows little to no height change as they mow and it shows that the neighbors yards were much long then mine but they were left alone while i was charged a fine. We have had problems with the office workers doing this to ** on multiple occasions where if you stood in our back yard and looked at the yards on either side we were the short patch yet we get punished for being to long while they do not this is not claiming my lawn is wasnt in need of work it is dandelion season this is a claim of landlord harassment they are trying to charge ** as many fees as they can and give ** more notices then other people to chase us out
