    I contacted my car insurance provider progressive to get a flat tire changed. My car insurance sent Double K and S towing located at ********************************************************* ***** to come out and fix my flat tire. I only needed to have the flat tire taken off and the spare tire put on my car. The tow truck driver broke 2 of my lug nuts and then said I cant get the tire off. Now Im sitting with not only a flat tire but 2 broken lug nuts. The tow truck driver just got up and left without even apologizing. I called to speak with a manager and was hung up on. They did not offer to pay for the lug nuts they broke or even offer to tow my car to a tire place. I had to call a different tow truck company to tow my car to a tire place where not only did I have to get my flat tire fixed but I had to buy 2 new lug nuts the Double K and S towing company broke. I feel they should have to pay for the lug nuts they broke on my car. They also scammed my car insurance company telling them they completed the service so they are committing fraud as well. The number to double K and S towing is ************. This occurred Sunday morning on November 26th 2023.
