    I ordered a Poseidon OWB holster from Legacy Firearms *** on July 4th 2024. As soon as I received the holster I realized it did not fit the firearm at all correctly. I have to force the firearm into the holster because it makes contact with the entire slide of the firearm which is going to cause damage the the firearm after a short period of time, also even when the firearm is inserted completely into the holster it is not secure and feels loose to the point where it rocks back and forth in the holster. I was informed by customer support I had to change the position of the light on my firearm to make it fit the holster, that did not fix any fitment issues, however did cause issues for me to use my firearm correctly because of the change of the light positioning. After going back and forth with this company for well over 2 months I was informed that they can only make there holsters with the light in that one position, I ordered from this company because they said they are a custom holster maker and make no effort on there website or in personal communications to let anyone know they are actually unable to make a holster that fits my application before you order and give them your money, they wait months later to inform there customers. After I started messaging about problems with the holster they started with I was doing something wrong and it wasnt there problem, when I didnt go away and patiently explained the issues over months they made me jump through hoops with saying I had to send pictures and videos. After sending pictures and saying I wanted a refund if they couldnt make the correct holster they have now ghosted me for 2 weeks. I have been trying to get a holster for over 3 months now and this company doesnt seem to care at all about there customer service or customer satisfaction, I will never order from this company again after experiencing how little this company cares about there customers or the quality of their products and services.

    I purchased a custom made holster from Legacy Firearms on April 15th, 2024 order number *****. Included in this fee was $50 for a rush order. The item was shipped on time and I was provided a tracking number however I never received the product. I have filed a complaint with the post office however I have limited information as I was not the one to ship the order. I have text message the company as they do not accept phone calls as well as emailed them however they are unwilling to do anything for me. Ultimately I would like the product I ordered, a full refund, or credit towards a new one. At this time the business is no longer responding to my messages and I have no other recourse but to file this claim, I paid for a product and have not received it.

    On 9/28/2023 I placed a order with legacy firearms *** at 9:25 a.m. for a holster for my handgun. Order ##*****. I changed my mind on the purchase do to numerous bad reviews about the companies products and customer service. I found the information vie ****** reviews, ******** reddit and several gun forums. I contacted legacy firearms *** roughly 2 hours after I placed the order asking to cancel the order I just placed. I received a email stating they would not cancel the order because the holster was a "quick ship" holster. There website stated a cancelation would be grated with in 24 hours of the purchase. I contacted them with in 2 hours of placing the order. I replied back via email stating I don't want the holster and since they wont cancel the order I would like a full refund and for them to provide me with a return shipping label. I have not received a response from them.
