    I was very happy with Saprok Property Management. They came out quickly to assess my problem and scheduled repairs the very next day. They took care of ordering all the parts necessary for the job. They were professional and cleaned up nicely after completing the job.

    Very friendly, fast, expert service. So knowledgeable about many things. I looked for about a year for someone to fix my vinyl siding. No one would or could repair it. *** had it repaired in under an hour. Saprok PropertyManagement is my forever go to for all my home repairs. Thanks, ***!

    From the first contact for an estimate until all the projects were completed, I and my home were treated with ************ accomplished included; blown in insulation with baffels included, sump pump discharge drain, yard drain for another area for standing water, new bath vanity combo sink and faucet, siding repair, exterior door trim repair and best of all a first floor laundry room moved from the basement to an empty area upstairs. My experience with Saprok Property Management and *** was money well spent for qualified workmanship and integrity. I recommend *** for everyone, I will certainly have them work for me in the future.

    My water wouldnt shut off in the shower. I called *** and he came over within an hour and diagnosed the issue. Came the next day and had it fixed in under 3 hours. Very efficient, honest, reliable and affordable. Cleaned up and put everything back together. I highly recommend *** and will use him again when needed.

    He has done multiple remodeling projects for me. I am very impressed with his turnaround time and attention to detail. His communication throughout each project was excellent. I love that he is capable of providing multiple services and is extremely affordable. I will continue using him for all future projects.

    What started out as a small project, ended up encompassing my whole house; all new Siding, roofing, windows, door frames and more. *** is professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of personal property. He went above and beyond in doing quality work at more than a reasonable price. I highly recommend Saprok Property Management for any work needed. They do it all and they do it well!
