    Hello I booked a reservation yesterday 6/22/24. Last name *******. They gave us room 251, that room was filled with bed bugs all over the bed covers , window curtains, and mattress. The remote was disgusting and sticky . I have a premature baby with a weak immune system I cannot risk him getting sick . I immediately grabbed my stuff and left the room and told the front desk . She told me she cannot do refunds and that I needed to Faed, who stated that he needed to speak to his manager. They never returned my call still have not emailed me back . I feel robbed of my $600. I stayed in that room all of 3 minutes and they wont refund me my money . Beware they have bed bugs . I have a picture and 3 videos which I emailed to Faed. This is sad . I want my money back . They ruined this whole experience for me . I drove 1.5 hour to only have to turn around and come back home. Please return my money !!!

    I was there yesterday and wanted to buy a garmin fish finder and the price was clearly marked, but they said it was a misprint. Then they tried to sell me a more expensive one. So I said you need to take down the sign if it is wrong. Then the manager said they don't have to sell me the fish finder for that price. I believe they broke 2 laws and I will tell everyone about the way they talked to me. He said I don't have to and you can't make me. I told him that he might not have heard the last of this and left the store. After I got home I was thinking about it and it was getting me upset so I called my cabela's credit card company and canceled my card and I will NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ANYMORE
