    They sold us faulty water filters. We bought 3 filters, cost was over $100. We notified them promptly (within about a week) that the filters were not working and that the water tasted dangerously bad. We attempted to contact them trying their email, phone, and website communication. They have not contacted us back. Many other people online are also saying the same thing and Pro One seems to be leaving many people hanging after selling them non functional water filters. I have bought from them before ( 1 year ago) and the filters were fine. Not this time at all. Also, they have a 5 year warranty on their parts (spout) and mine is terribly leaking as if its simply broke. I also contacted them about this issue in the same manners listed above and still no response from them. It has caused me to have to buy parts and filters from other places which is now like me paying twice. Terrible.

    On May 25, 2025, I purchased 3 ProOne G3.0 M water filters. After I received the water filters, I followed the instructions to scrub a filter over running water with the enclosed sponge and then filter through several gallons of water before using. Unlike the ProOne G2.0 M water filters I had used for years, the ProOne G3.0 M filter always produced chalky tasting water that had an odor. I ran well over a dozen gallons through the filter, but the filtered water always tasted bad. I contacted ProOne on June 9, 2025 at their ************************************* email address regarding this issue, but I received no response. About 2 weeks later, I then called their ************** phone number and left a message using their AI phone answering system, but no one contacted me back. On June 23, 2025, I emailed ProOne at their ************************************ email address, but only received an automated response with support ticket number. No one from ProOne has contacted me back after my 3 attempts at getting a resolution. At this point, I would like to get a refund for the water filters as I do not feel they produce water that is safe to drink and are of inferior quality.

    On May 28, 2025 I purchased Big+ Water Filter System and three water filters for $227.97, online. My order arrived on June 2 and the main reservoir was dented in several places. The packaging was very poorly constructed; two large boxes were taped together and there was no packing inside to keep the products from shifting/knocking around during travel. More than half the shipping box was empty and it was beginning to fall apart. On June 3, I sent an email to *************************************** requesting to return the item and receive a full refund. On June 5, I called the customer support line listed on the website and was not given the option to speak to a representative. However, a virtual assistant created a ticket for me. By June 10, I had not received a reply from ANY of my attempts to contact the company. After digging around the website, I found the email address *************************************** and sent a second email requesting a refund. I was growing concerned because the website states that damaged goods must be reported within seven days, and that returns and exchanges are guaranteed for 30 days. I have since discovered that ProOne is no longer in operation as they have sold their company to ********. I even sent an email to ******** asking for support. Still no response. I have since filed a dispute with my credit card company with the hopes that their corporate leverage will help me get my money back. The utter lack of care in the packaging process and the reliance on virtual assistants for customer concerns does not convey integrity as a company, nor does it reflect pride in a product. It is abhorrent that a company would have an active website with products that ship, but is not a functioning business. I am filing this complaint with the hopes that pressure will be applied to ProOne Water filters (or Culligan) to resolve this issue of customer care and product replacement. If this company is no longer in service, the website should be shut down.

    I purchased the Pro One gravity water filtering system 2+ years ago. Within the past 6 months of purchasing and installing the filters sent to me, the water has a rancid smell, has unknown particles, and does not pass their very own blue dye test. Naturally, I contacted customer service. First with an email, then after 2 weeks of no response I began the calls. First, calling ******* itself, then onto the other companies under the same ownership (********). I very luckily got in contact with someone who works the phones for Pro One as well, the customer service agent sent me 2 replacement filters of the older style filters. Great! Problem fixed. ****. Installed the replacement filters, only for the same exact thing to occur. Smells, particles, faulty seals, did not pass the blue dye test. I have been trying to contact this company for months to no luck. This company states they provide safe filtered water, how does my tap water taste BETTER then? They continue to email 40% off filter sale advertising, I cant imagine people unknowingly purchasing these faulty products, only to believe they are giving their families safe drinking water when the reality is they are not functioning correctly. $400 for a water system I can no longer use (not to mention the $200 in water filters I purchased) I want to make people aware of these issues so this company cannot trick customers further.

    I am a California resident filing a complaint against ProOne Water Filters, now reportedly acquired by ******************************. I placed an order on May 28, 2024 (Order #P100142772) and attempted to cancel it on May 29. My request was denied and the item was delivered on June 2. I submitted a return request on June 4, which went unanswered.ProOnes customer service has been unresponsive via email and phone. After learning about the acquisition by ********, I reached out to ******** but have received no resolution.The item remains unopened and I am within the return window. I believe ********, as the acquiring company, should be held responsible for customer obligations during this transition.I am requesting your office to investigate this case and urge ******** to process my refund or provide a return pathway.I am prepared to provide documentation of my purchase, delivery, and failed communication attempts.

    On April 18th, 2025, I ordered two sets of water filters from ProOne. For a total of $186.74. The filters were defective. The water produced has a bad smell and tasted and a weird color. I emailed support and was told to scrub them with a sponge to get them to work. I did as told and wrote back that it didnt work. I then get no response after 2 subsequent emails. Please help me get a refund

    On February 2, 2024, I submitted a return request to ProOne for Order #P100129726 (ProOne G3.0 9 Filter Elements). Per their customer service team, I was told to expect a return label and resolution within 1421 business days. However, despite repeated follow-ups via phone and email over the course of more than two months, I have not received the return label or any clear direction from ProOne regarding how to proceed.I followed up multiple times, including detailed written correspondence on March 18, April 2, and April 15, and was consistently met with silence or vague, unhelpful responsesif any at all. In my final outreach on April 15, I informed ProOne that if their team did not provide a resolution by April 18, I would have no choice but to file a formal complaint. No one from the company has responded.The lack of communication, responsiveness, and accountability from ProOne has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I am seeking support from the BBB to receive a refund or a return label so I can return the unused product and close this matter.

    I have ordered filters in the past from this company and been satisfied with them. The new filters don't work! I have reached out through email, social media messages, and have tried calling multiple times with no response. The filters I ordered in December, which I just installed in March are defective. They do not filter contaminants as claimed by the company. I originally wanted replacement filters, but now I would like a refund, as I am finding out many other people are having the same issue as me recently.

    Placed an order in November of 2024. I received the wrong item. I started a return/exchange ticket on 12/12/24; I have yet to hear back from ProOne. I have called several times and the phone just rings. I reached out on social media and they did respond but have stopped responding as of 2 weeks ago.

    I purchased a product from this manufacturer and they discontinued the product shortly after me purchasing the product. I called for a refund which they agreed to but have not contacted me in over 2 months. I have been calling them and emailing them no email responses and they always tell me that they are going to rufund me but have not followed up. I purchased an undercounted sink filter and now I can not use it because I can not buy the replacement filters. The fact that they keep telling me Ill get a refund and they refuse to issue it or converse with me about it is unacceptable
