      Ordered a kit on their website. No comunication for months what so ever. They deleted all their social media. The company email stopped working in Oct 2024. Straight up stole $360usd, which for me is $500 Canadian, not a small amount. From what i have read online, I believe they were taking orders knowing they would never ship out. **** can not help after 90 days so nothing i can do.

      There is not much more I could add to what is already a common thread to the problems with 3Dfused. It appears that Kodi Davisthe owner is just not to be trusted at all. My initial order was shipped and it is a good product, the CoreXY kit for the ender5. Very happy with the completed modification and the quality of his ******** the second order # XXXXXX placed on 2/13/2024 for the same Ender5 CoreXY kit this one is just a disaster. I have sent 23 e-mails requesting the order status and made 5 phone call to **** ***** at xxx-xxx-xxxx and to date there has been little to no response and what early on response there was is the same runaround as you can read with the other reviews.If you are in the market for a linear rail or coreXY kit I would strongly advise to look else where. **** has a great web site, good quality kits ( if you can get one ) but mostly a lot of double talk and which is a reply at least.If you do order from 3Dfused make sure to use a credit card and make sure you know from the ********** how long you have to cancel the payment and get a refund from the **********. Keep up the the dates and don't assume that Kodi will ship your order.Such a shame as he did have a great kit. Oh one star is the lowest I can select, a ********* star would be better.I did try to leave my order information and Kodi's phone number but this review site do not allow that.       I in good faith, like many others, ordered some parts from this company. I to am one of those who's order is 10 business days from being shipped. I to am one of those customers that has been waiting over a year to receive $150+ in product from this horrendous company. I to am one of those who receives no communication what so ever other than the canned "we are working hard". With my most recent order 9/17/23, I have reached out no less than 10 times and 10 times have been generic responses. What ***** about this is that their product, at least the y-axis rail system I got has been working great. It was a vast improvement over stock. I hate to do this because I am a believer in small business and buying from them before going with a larger company. Not with this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This company is a liar and a cheat and nothing but a giant scam.

      I purchased a linear rail kit back in January for around 190 dollars and it never shipped. Asked for a refund and they complained but i never saw the money and they stopped replying.

      Do Not ever think about doing business with this place unless you wish to lose your money. I placed an order after watching a ******* video by The Edge of Tech which promoted them as a great having a great conversion to core xy for Ender 5s. All I have gotten is no kit or reply to email requests for information about when they will actually deliver. If you have place an order recently call you credit card and try to get it back there is a short amount of time they can possibly help. I waited too long because of hoping they would deliver. They stole my money is all I got. Stay away.One star rating is 20 stars too many.

      Same issue as other complaints. Items ordered, little to no contact or ticket response. The company may have been legit at some point, but now since the merger with 3di Industries it is most likely a scam.

      i too like most have been waiting for an order to fix a bent spine on a printer i have that i had ordered back on August 16 of 2023, they gave me dates of sep 28 2023, then december 28th 2023, then jan 24th 2024, its May, and i sent yet another email, since they wont answer the phone, if it is a real number or not, i have givin them all kind of time, i cant use this printer, so i'm out a printer and out the money cause i too asked for a refund or my parts and i get nothing, i have read where they have done good work on rails and such on face book and now i wonder if that is this guys kodi friends that said this, but i have yet to see it other then a lot of BS talk then my order will be on the next truck out, and some out that truck has never left there shop or whatever, with a person that isn't working, $150 is too much to just let go, and i was so hoping to start making and selling prints, cant if i don't have a printer, i dont know what to even do about this, it would cost too much to try to fight it, and may be what they hope, so my feelings is that its a scam and i got suckered like a great deal of other people

      I am giving this company a 1 star as well. I am questioning their validity as an actual business and not some sort of scam. I have 20 emails at least where I have tried to contact them and they did not respond. I have only about 5 where they did. Put my order in Feb 26th and this is now April 20th. Still nothing from them as to when my order will ship. I am scared to ask for my money back as I highly doubt I would get it back.

      I gave 1 star because I cant give 0 Ive been waiting over 9 months for delivery on 2 orders.I have tried on multiple occasions to contact them to find out when the items would ship.I either received no reply, or was promised soon but nothing ever materialized.I finally got fed up and requested a refund which has also not been provided.I am investigating how to start legal action against 3D Fused

      I ordered a Y-axis kit on Feb 2 after confirming product availability and shipping timeline. I did this because of the negative reviews regarding 3DFused. I was told they did, and it would ship by Feb 12th. Messaged them again on Feb 13th to inquire about the status of my order. They told me they were backed up, but my order is in process and will be shipped out by the end of the day. Waited a week, no notification, reached out several times without a reply. They finally replied after I mentioned "fraud" and was given another sob story of how they were backed up, shipping soon, etc. Needless to say, it's March 7th, and I still don't have the kit or an update. Honestly, I expected this based on the reviews. However, the lack of honest communication and blatant lies is unnecessary. Especially when the "customer service rep" went out of their way (in my initial inquiry) by requesting my order number so they could ensure my order would be fulfilled by the date (2/12) THEY stated.
