Terrible!! This company is a complete joke! Hope you dont have any issues with your device or need to cancel early!! They do not let you, they wanted $THOUSANDS for nothing!! The clover machine is $300 on Amazon!! Find a company that care more about their peoples unexpected and not so great life changes and try to work with them and help! Ive never dealt with a company like this, just horrible. There was no working with me for an early buy out fee or anything it was just sorry this is the agreement pay $thousands that I dont have! ******** customer service and business model when you want to try and close your agreement respectfully and just not close the bank account they fund from!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and the frustration it's caused.
As a small business ourselves, we understand how difficult and unpredictable life can be — which is exactly why we strive to be as transparent as possible from the very beginning. Our agreements are non-cancelable, and we make every effort to ensure this is clearly communicated during the onboarding process. The term "NON-CANCELABLE" appears in large capital letters at the top of the first page of the agreement, and a recorded verification call is conducted by the sales office to walk through all key terms — including the fact that there is no trial period and that the contract cannot be canceled early.
It's also important to note that Azura does not participate in the sales process directly. Sales are handled by independent organizations not affiliated with Azura, which is why the verification process is so critical to ensure full understanding before an agreement is finalized.
Regarding your comment about the cost of the Clover device — we understand how pricing comparisons can be frustrating. While similar hardware may be available online, the lease you entered into through your particular sales office includes far more than just the equipment. It provides free 24-hour replacement of machines throughout the term of the lease, free 24-hour technical support, and free paper upon request — services that are not included with a standalone purchase from a site like Amazon. These ongoing support services are a key part of the value built into the agreement.

Hi, ******. I see you have spoken to our office in the past regarding your lease contract. As we have discussed, Azura made every effort to ensure you understood the terms of your agreement before we executed your lease. This included, but was not limited to, a recorded verification phone call in which we reviewed the terms of the lease with you. We're happy to review the call with you if you'd like to contact our office again. Please understand, Azura was not part of the sales process. Your merchant services provider sets the term and payment with you before referring your application to us for financing. Since we take feedback like yours very seriously, we reached out to your merchant services provider for information regarding your complaint. We were advised that you had chosen to get different equipment with a different processor. It is commonplace in this industry that your new processor offers to payoff any existing equipment leases you may have to earn your business. They may still do this for you if you ask.

A woman called me "from ******** Services, billing and compliance." She had me check my statement from my current processor for a PCI noncompliance fee I was being charged, and then had me send her my statement, and told me I was being over charged in several ways: my statements should have notified me every 6 months or so of credit card increase-in-rate updates, and they didn't (she said she'd work on a claim for me regarding this), and that I was being charged like a big business, like Wal-Mart, not a small business, and that the processor I was currently working with had a $1000/month retail mark-up they were taking from me. So she passed me to another woman, who I spoke to on the phone, and whose email ended in @merchantsvcinc.com. I asked one of them who they worked for and they responded "the credit card companies." It was a little over my head, but I didn't realize I was speaking to people who were just trying to take my business from my current merchant server. The second woman told me we would cut out the middle man and I qualified for a wholesale rate. She set me up with the application with *********, and took all my bank info, SSN, everything. The next 2 docusign documents were emailed from Azura Leasing and she walked me through them. I asked her what I was signing since I felt some pressure to get back to her, and we skimmed through them on the phone together. In my head I would be going from $1500/month to about $250 a month, but I didn't realize the $250/month was just to lease the equipment over 4 years ($10,000). The rates were about the same as what we had before, and they never filed a claim like they said they would or told our old company to cease and desist. The equipment didn't work. They offered to send more but by then I realized I had been taken advantage of and they wouldn't let me break the lease, send back the equipment, or close my account until I paid the $10,000 "cancellation fee."

*****, as we have explained to you, we are simply the finance source your processing company chose to use once you and they agreed on leasing terms. In order to execute such a lease, we require a completed lease agreement (signed and initialed by you on behalf of your business), copies of your driver's license and voided check, a signed delivery and acceptance certificate and a completed phone verification to ensure you had signed all required documents and agreed to the terms. All of which we received. Based on the information we've since received from our vendor, it sounds like you were having some tech issues with the equipment you received. Once they were made aware, they overnighted a replacement machine at no cost to you. We would encourage you to continue dialog with your processing company as they are willing and able to assist you. Unfortunately we are just the middle man here.Azura Leasing is a small business that has provided tens of thousands of small businesses like yours with financing for equipment that is integral to their day to day operations. We pride ourselves on honesty and integrity, which is why we require such extensive safety guards before any contracts are executed that are far beyond industry standard. We are genuinely sorry to hear that you were having trouble with your equipment. We trust that the new machine you should be receiving today will work properly. If you have any other issues or concerns, please reach our to your processor.
