    I was a patient at TMS Greenbrook. The company overcharged me by $212.58. Greenbrook agreed that they overcharged me but after months they have still not paid me. In that time, they've sent me 2 checks for $212.58 but both of them bounced

    Patient reported her issue with the first issued check to the clinical team on 12/5/2023. Patient reported that she initially tried to deposit the check to her bank on 10/31/2023. As soon as we became aware of the patient's concern, the issue was escalated by the clinical team to the billing team and another check was issued to the patient on 12/12/2023. The patient was informed of this on 12/13/2023. On 12/22/2023, the patient informed the clinical team that the check bounced once again. This was escalated to the ** of Finance and ** of Operations at this point who offered to send an ACH payment directly to the patient. The patient refused this method as she is not comfortable giving us her bank information, so our only option for resolve is to send another check. This check is being sent today, 1/10/2024. The Finance and Operations Team are unsure of the reason behind these checks "bouncing" as there are sufficient funds in the account and no other patients are having issues with refund checks. Greenbrook as a company fully intends to get the patient what she is owed.
