    I recently purchased a repair kit for, what I am now learning on my own since EOTECH never notified me, is a defective product that the company was sued over and lost, in a class action lawsuit. The kit I purchased did not fix the problem and when I contacted ****** S in customer support to inquire how I could go about getting a refund ****** stated that there would be no refund because "all website sales are final". Other than discontinued items, which this is not, here is nothing on EOTECH's website indicating that all website sales are final. Quite the contrary actually, under their return policy it specifically states that "if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund". It is very obvious that I was either lied to or ************** doesn't know the return policy of the company he works for and represents. In addition to this, after he learned that I wanted a refund and was not interested in their return/upgrade program to replace the defective 556 optic he immediately transformed from treating me with respect to being very rude, to not even bothering to respond. In hindsight I wish I'd never done ANY business with EOTECH since it is abundantly obvious they could not care less about their customers. In closing I just want to add dealing with EOTECH has been the worst experience I've had with any company.
