    I'm writing urgently to address the inaccuracies on my credit report that have resulted from the sharing of my personal information with credit bureaus.     I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address a matter concerning my credit report and the accounts associated with my name under Account Name: U OF M STU LN/COLLECTI and Account Number: ********* accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (****), I would like to bring to your attention several violations of my federally protected consumer rights to privacy and confidentiality under 15 USC ****.
