    Good Afternoon,
    I placed an order for a set of bags and a sweatshirt back in December 02. 2022.
    The bags arrived in record time- The sweatshirt did not.
    I am from Michigan and I wanted to support the Local Cornhole Establishments.
    The Sweatshirt was order with the name spelled wrong on the back of it. I called the same day I received it and had it re-ordered and asked at the time to please put a RUSH on the order I had Tournaments coming up.
    This Wednesday February 2nd this will be 2 months to get a sweatshirt- seriously.
    This order should have had a RUSH put on it because it was order wrong.
    I called today and some guy tells me it should be in sometime next month!!!!!!!!!!!! UNEXCEPTABLE KILLSHOTS .Then the kid goes on to say if you want me to- I'll just cancel the order.
    I asked for him to get his Supervisor, I was placed on hold and no one came to the phone after 30 minutes of waiting.
    I have asked for the Owner to contact me on multiple occassions , snet them emails about my order and not a peep out of them- nothing except a small credit for this sweatshirt.
    Despite my multiple calls to KILLSHOTS inquiring about my order and asking for the Owner to contact me and NOTHING. Not a thing.
    February 7, 2023 no call from the Owner, Manager or No tracking number for my sweatshirt.
    Never Again will I EVER order a thing from this place and every cornhole tournament I play in I will make my voice heard about KILLSHOT CORNHOLE.

    I ordered items from these clowns on December 5th of 2022. The money spent on said purchase came out of my bank account that very day. STILL, I have yet to receive a “confirmation of purchase” email OR the products that I ordered 53 days ago. Who charges an account without issuing a receipt of sale?!
    Since 12/05, I’ve reached out on four separate occasions in regards to this order. Their team has stopped responding over a week ago. As a fellow Michigander, I thought this was a great Michigan company that I could support but I thought wrong. Their customer service and business strategies are skewed. They’ve completely ignored my messages for over a week in me stating that I’d like to cancel my order and have the $102.54 that I spent with them refunded to my bank account.
    Simply put, save yourself some time and money. Order from a company that values and appreciates your business. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
