    These radios have been a wonderful alternative for those of us parents who aren't ready to give their child a cell phone - plus, the range is great! We tested them heavily this past week with communication from Michigan to Tennessee and they did miss a beat. Good value, clear quality - would highly recommend! Also, very quick responses from customer service, which is always appreciated.

    It works Finally got to try these radios out, being from Las Vegas I had to take these radios out to an area I knew there was no phone signal. In the Mt. Charleston area deep into the mountains, I keyed the mike and spoke into it and message was received on the other end. I was very impressed! I travel all over the country so being away from home and not being able to get a hold of my family is worrisome, now that I have these it takes away some of that stress if anything happens. Thanks Rapid Radios!!

    I ordered a batch of 3. I had some address issues. Customer service fixed the issue in less than one day. The communication through email was easy to understand. I do recommend and would buy from again.

    I am absolutely loving these things. They are perfect for work and for the UP In Michigan when there is no service. I'm going to be getting a lot more of these things for work.

    Total comfort while traveling. I was able to check in with my family while I was taking a backpacking trip in NC in Smoky Mountains. I didn't have cellular service for my phone, but my rapid radio worked like a charm and I was able to assure my family I was safe every night. Thank you!

    Love 'em, love 'em, love 'em!! And *****, with Customer Service, was terrific streamlining my renewal process. Rather than renewing each radio individually (we have 6 radios, bought in two transactions) she combined all on one invoice. We initially purchased 4 radios, then discovered how absolutely awesome they are and purchased 2 more. In another seamless interaction with Customer Service we were able to combine all 6 into one network (I neglected to notify Rapid Radios at the time of the second purchase that we were adding to an existing network). Huge Kudos to Rapid Radios customer service and products!!!

    These radios were the perfect solution for our large property, over 200 acres with undulating hills. We would have been happy with just that coverage, but these radios go all over town! The only thing better than the radios is the customer service. I needed these rushed for an event, and the team jumped right on it. I always get a response within minutes of sending an email... in today's world, that is unparalleled. These folks are an absolute pleasure to work with.

    Rapid radios have given me a sense of security that has made a true difference in mine and my husbands' life. We are an elderly couple that sometimes have difficulty in using cell phones. We are able to have immediate contact with each other and no delays with these radios. I recently misplaced my radio, and Michelle at Rapid Radio went above and beyond in getting us back in order. It truly is wonderful to work with a company who puts the customer first. I can't say enough good things about them.
