    I can attest to the exceptional customer service, even on weekends. I received my radios on Friday, but I was unable to set them up until Saturday. Consequently, I reached out to customer support via email. Their responsiveness was remarkable. I received immediate responses within 10 to 15 minutes of each question I posed. Overall, the customer service radios are truly remarkable.

    These radios work great and this is an american company based out of Michigan. All customer support is based here in the US and this is a welcome change form the norm.

    I bought the bundle of 6 for a group that includes 2 ladies in their 80s and gentlemen in his 70s who has suffered a stroke. They are able to use their radios with no problem. This brings peace of mind to our families.

    I now own 4 of these, once I purchased two, the worked so good that I bought two more. I have 5 kids and 5 grandchildren, now we are all connected and InTouch with one another every day. Buy them right now, and stay in touch with your family. Football games, baseball games, great for keeping in touch with all of you all. :)
