    Date of installation August 19, 2025 at 10am. Amount of money I paid was $2,930.00.They were committed to provide complete sump pump system and installation. TC Hafford Basement Systems has a High Rating on the their website advertising so I felt I could trust this company. I been in dispute with this company since the beginning of May 30, 2025 where I was over paid and now in September still would like my deposit back more-so now because i been very patient and compliant with TC Hafford company. They made scheduling for me incredibly stressful that it worsened my kidney disease symptoms. I told them about my health and my disabilities about moving anything but they don't care. Just keep saying the same same over & over again. Move everything be there at 8 am that impossible for me. With my disabilities and my kidney disease pass stage 3 now my health is weak and not well mornings aren't good for me I have a slow start to the day before all my medication properly starts working. Besides that I have to question there work and how to get it fix without being told it might be my fault. I was expecting at least professional looking workers wearing uniforms but no. The company told me due to my health they were going to bring extra plastic/tarps to cover the work area to cut down the dust for my breathing the have lung/ breathing problems too. I saw none. I saw them on their phone alot to the point I know one of their passwords. My questions weren't answered they made me feel uncomfortable and rushed telling me to call the number on paperwork. They were in a hurry and didn't even take my old sump pump barrel and plumbing with them and they knew to I ask them and they said they would. Trying to tell the company their workers didn't plug the pump system into a wall outlet wad unprofessional good thing isn't raining summer i would be flooded and bees and other insects coming into my basement i have to get a pest insterminator they're expensive. I just like my deposit back

    First of all, we sympathize with your health issues. We hope things start to go better for you. We did refund your over payment with check #****. Please let us know if you haven't received it and we will send it again. Thank you for your business. We have sent someone by to pick up the old sump pump materials, that was an oversight on our part. Sorry about that. With the sump plug, over sump pumps have a lighted cord end and our team takes after pictures that show it being lit up. It must have somehow gotten unplugged after we left. If you plug it back into the outlet it will work fine. Thank you.

    Made several calls and left messages, no response from TC Hafford. ***** lines not buried and concrete residue around property. Oil tank was damaged by ************* and they have not settled bill. Bad communication.

    Hi *****, after talking on the phone is sounds like we have a plan to address your concerns. We will be coming out Friday (5/26) to bury the discharge line. When we install systems in the colder months, it is typical that the discharge is delayed until the ground is completely unfrozen. As far as the concrete residue, our Northern Production Manger has already been out and cleaned up any splatter as confirmed in an email sent by ********************* yesterday 5/23). Our accounting team paid the invoice for the oil tank service on May 3rd by check for the amount of $155.65 to ********************** and we have confirmed that the check has been cleared and taken out of our accounts. If you have any further questions or concerns,please reach out to our office.
