    Don't let their affiliation with the ******************* fool you. This business owner was intentionally vague for over 5 months of planning towards an on-site Lobster catering event after providing a quote per person. Two weeks prior we lost 6 participants from our party and he was quick to decline the engagement. After working hard to get the volume back to the original number he stated he had to requote the job (which he never did). When asked to confirm he was cooking all food on-site from his menu as requested he quickly responded all food was to be cooked off-site and provided in boxes. When I reminded him of the original cook on-site request to sustain QUALITY, he declined the entire event with just a week in advance without even asking for more money. Likely took another/larger job. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY to provide a quality service or product. Does not deserve BBB accreditation.
