    Update 9/4/2025: Well here we go again! Serviced on 8/26/2025 lost power early this morning and low and behold a generator that starts but doesn't run anything in the house with an alarm saying L2 Phase Over Voltage! Have called twice already, left 2 messages and as of yet no response!What does DIRFY stand for?? It sure isn't what we were sold on when deciding to go with this company! If I could give zero stars I would, I hope all of the employees and the owner enjoy the warmth of their homes while again the issue of a very expensive piece of metal sits in the yard at my home not functioning during another upcoming snowstorm! Who runs a service driven company without having parts on hand to correct these issues? To me that does not say "service"!Disappointed that a service tech sent to problem solve a brand new ****** and ******** generator, came without all of the proper equipment necessary to address the issue.A brand new piece of equipment that would not stay running longer than an hour during the most recent power outage in *******. My mother was informed it needed a computer update but he didn't have the computer to provide these updates. He let it run a couple times and basically said it runs, but they would have to reschedule another visit for the updates to be completed. He then left my nearly 80 year old mother to fend for herself if the power went out again. Also, providing no contact information in case she did have another issue. Oh, and all the people/numbers provided just go to VM. Believe me I do realize it's the holidays but at what point is this situation ever okay! Oh, and did I mention when this first happened they blew her off to go to other calls only to again blow her off today! This so called "service call" was pointless. I hope someone makes this right!Signed the angry daughter!
