    All 3/4" glass and the replaced 1" picture window has the low "*" coating on the exterior of the glass exposed to the elements. When I try and talk to ******* mngr. or Paradigm about this, says W* AR* NOT TALKING ABOUT TINT OR * COATINGS and he hangs up on me". I now know what is wrong as of 07/12/2024. My friend works for Cigco glass ********* 50 yrs. drove 470 miles today, brought a *T*KT $1800.00 device which tells him where the Low * coating are. The coating on all 3/4" glass manufactured Fall 2022 the remanufactured Picture window glass has the * coating on the exterior outside, NOT B*TW**N TH* 3 PAN*S OF *****. If you turn the glass in they protect from the cold, but DO NOT block solar heat gain. If you install backward they will block solar gain NOT protect from the COLD! Originally installed 3/4" glass in all my 6 bedroom window, middle picture window Fall of 2023. I caught the mistake and called them in the spring 2024. 6 weeks later they install the 1" glass. Again they installed it per orders sticker in! "STOP" you just installed it the same way you did the 1" picture window glass and it was backwards.. You turn the 1" picture window 6 weeks ago. I asked Paradigm send a "specialist and a *T*KT handing device. 30 days later 2 installers, the specialist from ******** no HANDING D*VIC*. Used his cell flashlight and says " I don't see a problem". Why is my house so hot? No answer. I requested he take the spare glass to ******** for testing. The manager calls says ALL OF TH* ***** T*ST*D WAS P*RF*CT! 1" patio door glass has 3 lights on a *T*KT device, 1" bathroom glass and the 1 -1" pane they installed in my bedroom window which is correct 3 light inside. All of the 3/4" glass is getting 1 light on *T*KT detector. The patio door 1" bathroom 1" and the 1- 1" pane they installed this spring in the middle bedroom 10 to 20 degrees cooler infrared heat detection gun.
