We used their ******* expense product for several years and it worked well integrating our corporate credit cards and exporting to Quickbooks. After our credit cards released their own software with QB integration for free, we decided to cancel our ******* contract. They said we had to give 90 days notice which was slightly annoying but after initial contact when the cancellation was first submitted there was no reply after that. They continued to bill us for the next 3 months until I put a stop payment on my credit card after we'd fulfilled our contractual obligation of 90 days notice. I emailed them 4 times and filled out 3 more tickets for cancelation with no reply. I called their phone support and there are 0 employees working there to take calls. They only take voicemails. After these attempts to contact them and stopping payments for our subscription I got an email from their billing department asking for payment for the 4th month after the initial cancelation request. I replied and told them I would not be paying as our 90 day notice had passed and to please deactivate our account. Again no response. This is the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. I'm not sure anyone still even works here. It's like they're just collecting money.

I would give zero stars if possible. The worst customer service imaginable! The telephone number on their website does not allow you to speak to anyone, you have to leave messages or email them and IF you get a response, consider yourself lucky! **** *****, our supposed "Account Representative" whose email we happen to have (but he refuses to provide his telephone number) continually passes us off to other departments rather than provide customer service. He should be fired quite frankly and Emburse should take better care of their customer's needs. We have been overcharged regularly and when we attempt to seek resolution from billing, we are met with CRICKETS! No response! This company should be ashamed of itself for it's "customer service"!
