      I suggest if traveling to ***************** ***** you DO NOT stay at Marvin Gardens. Im absolutely Appalled at how disgusting this place is. I was returned a whopping 25% of my stay. My neighbor complained and they did nothing because its a budget room and the shower handle fell off. There was literally a 1 inch gap in the door so you could see outside. The fan over the bed had so much dirt It was falling onto the bed. The bedding was covered in grime there was mold everywhere, and I only got 25% of my stay back because we stayed the night. I had no choice of any other hotels available at that time. This place needs to be shut DOWN! Attached photos below ?? feel free to share

      I called Pineview Lodge in the spring of this year to book a room for 3 days - July13-15th. A day later we changed our plans and so called Pineview Lodge to cancel our reservation. I got an answering service with no room to leave any message. I continued to call everyday for the next two weeks and all I got was the mailbox is full. She had our email but did not send any confirmation info.The only thing I had was the phone number of the lodge. After several weeks we did not here back so we assumed it was canceled - we tried to contact the lodge to no avail and did not receive any email or confirmation from then. Then on July 13th we got an email from here about when we were arriving. We told her (*****) that we tried many times to cancel. She said ok, maybe next year. Our Mastercard was billed $666.41 by Pineview Lodge. They sent a refund of $317.20. I called her back in July and she said that she would sent the rest ($349.21) . To this day we did not receive it. I called several times since and she said she retuned it but she did not. My financial institution (MC) called her as well as the records show that $349.21 was not sent back to us by Pineview Lodge. I just called her phone number and now she is not answering. We are senior citizens on pension so every dollar is important. Thank you for looking into this matter.

      Date of transaction is August 29, 2022. We stayed on October 2-3. The price was approximately $138.25 They did not pick up the phones at all throughout the week, although one party called them at least 10 times a day for over a week, with no answer. The motel rooms were filthy, clearly not cleaned, and smelled of mildew. We had people with allergies to mold that reacted, and one customer had an asthma attack. There was mold, animal feces, missing smoke detectors, water damage, stained carpets, mold in the bathroom, extension chords sticking out the door, keys to all rooms were left in the door, easily allowing anyone to enter any rooms. The office door was left wide open and unattended, leaving keys, money, and customer information all over the counter. Very unprofessional place, and they will not provide a refund. The phone number is **********. This phone was never answered and you couldn't leave a message.
