"so my car had broken down in the road on still ************ in old town ***** well i had to push it from the road into the parking lot of ********* where i spoke with several managers and they said that the car was fine where it was because it there was nothing being blocked and the entrance was free without a problem and agreed to allow it to stay there as long as it needed to be until i could get it fixed or moved out and or towed and throughout the week i kept checking on it and making sure it was not touched still checking with ********* management and they once again continued to tell me that the car was fine and they would call me if they had any questions or concerns of the car needing attention well as of yesterday i was informed by my mother that the car was no longer where i had left it so i went down and talked to ********* and found out that this company Silvas towing was called to pick up the car but not by the employees of ********* but by someone posing to be my father i called the cops and they said there was 2 things i could do 1 was pay the company and get my car back or 2 sign the car over to them so i agreed to make this as easy as possible because the car is broken and agree to sign it over to them in exchange that i get my plates and my kids car seats out of the car where i was then informed by the employee that without the title being signed over to Silvas they wouldn't allow me to even get my children's car seats out of the car i went as far as saying that i would allow them to keep the plates until i got the title in the mail just allow me to get my kids car seats out of the car and he still refused i was gonna let this go if i got my kids car seats out of the car but seeming where they wouldn't even allow me to do that. I would never recommend this company to anyone ever they hold kids car seats from you."
