We bought a used car from Andy's Auto around April 1st 2024. Nothing was disclosed about the car other than normal info. Drove it off the lot and immediately the car was acting funny, it is a 6 speed manual, so I immediately contacted **** and explained what it was doing and dropped the car off. I paid 6900 tx, and all. **** took the car for a ride, said he didn't see anything, but would take again. Then he called and said he did experience the " bucking" and would look into it. Later, called and said he cleaned some connections, try it, still did it, so he said he would order a part. 15 days later the part came in. Drove the car for about a week and it started doing it again. I tried to contact **** via text, phone, he never responded. The car never got better. July 18 2024 we took a trip, car ran fine, about a week after it died, the motor stopped working. When I tried to contact **** he hung up on me.

Car was sold as is, no warranty. One was offered, but not purchased. Business owner ordered a part for the car(possibly a sensor, but doesn't remember specifically), and put installed it. Haven't heard from the customer since. As far as owner knows, the car works and the customer was driving it.
