      Complete the job that was started June 19th. As of July 7th the office ladies said they were going to cancel the job.

      Hi,

      This job was originally schedule for June ******* with a BGE loop drop. Unfortunately, BGE end up cancelling the morning. We called and notified the customer letting them know that BGE cancelled the loop drop and we would call BGE and get it rescheduled. We told the customer we have no control over BGE schedule and that we would try to get this reschedule as soon as possible. Note: that *** schedules all work (4) business days out, they give us the date, and we notify the customer with the new date. The customer was not happy about this, and we try to tell them the new date but, she did not want to hear that, and she kept talking over us. Moving forward we had other dates schedule but, once again *** kept cancelling. With that being said with the last date we gave her, *** cancelled again that morning. Thats when she started going off with the girls in the office and being very rude. Thats when we decided to refuse all work with them. It is stated in our contract, that Ameritree Experts can refuse service for whatever reason. The customer was not charge for any work.

      On December 15th 2023 the Ameritree company was cutting down my neighbor’s tree at **** ********* ***** ********** ** ****** During the removal the tree fell onto my property damaging my fence and cutting my ******* Cable wire. I notified the workers on site and they assured me that they would reach out to me for repairs. I was never contacted which I reached out more that 3 separate times over the last month and a half with no repairs scheduled. I also had no internet service for more than a week which Xfinity had to reach out to the company for repair compensation.
