    Purchased a total of $1652.00 of computer programs from Karaosoft and when the software sta rted freezing up my computer I contacted tech support to attemp to resolve the issue. The owner not only didn't attempt to help me resolve the issue with his program, he said Quote : You're a Moron. Stop emailing Tech support if you're going to act like you're smarter than us.Please take you're business elsewhere.
    He "Bob *******" has so far as of this complaint being filed has not refunded the money I spent on his flawed program.

    Purchased a license for “Karma” software in 2017. It worked fine until two weeks ago (12.28.23) when it would no longer open or load after a standard Windows update. Contacted support (Bob *******) via email, who referred me to an FAQ page on his site for fixes. I tried all (except one) with no success. The one suggested fix I didn’t try from his FAQ and that he also mentioned via email, is to completely reinstall Windows. Most software developers won’t suggest this as a fix when their app is the only one no longer working after a Windows update. I found a fix on my own (system restore) and informed him what I did. He then proceeded to call me a liar, revoked my license to Karma and another app - songbookslive - and has spent the last several days via email telling me he’s teaching me a lesson, and any financial discomfort or inconvenience he’s caused by taking these licenses away is “the right thing” for him to do.

    He is extremely rude and insulting, as you can read in the other complaints and reviews given here, and on forums and social media posts across the internet. He is apparently well known for his lack of professionalism. Revoking customer software licenses on a whim, however - not for TOS violations, but due to his own inflated ego - *********** ******

    Seeing that he doesn’t respond to BBB complaints, I don’t expect to recover the fees I spent on his software, or the fees I’m now burdened with because I have to find replacement software, as well as redesign and reprint signage that contained links to aspects of his software, but let this serve as a warning to others to not purchase from this extremely unprofessional person.
